What we collect
FoodTrigger AI stores the information you enter: meal names, ingredient lists, photos you upload, symptom check-ins, notes, and timestamps. We also store your email address and a display name for your account.
How we use your data
Your data is used only to power your personal food-and-symptom journal and pattern summaries. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train third-party models.
AI photo analysis is optional. When you use it, your photo is sent to an image-analysis service solely to suggest ingredients. We do not use photos for any other purpose.
Who can see your data
Only you can see your own logs. Each account is isolated by Row-Level Security in our backend. We cannot browse your entries, and neither can other users.
Your rights
- Export your data at any time from Settings.
- Delete individual meals or check-ins from the Dashboard.
- Request full account deletion from Settings.
- Contact us with questions about your data.
Security
We use standard industry practices — encrypted connections, authenticated access, and isolated data storage. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim HIPAA compliance or medical-grade protection.
