These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FoodTrigger AI (“Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
FoodTrigger AI is a food and symptom tracking tool that uses AI to identify correlations between the foods you eat and the symptoms you experience. The Service allows you to:
- ✓Log meals using photos and AI-powered ingredient detection
- ✓Log symptoms and their severity over time
- ✓Receive AI-generated analysis identifying potential trigger foods
- ✓Export reports to share with healthcare providers
Important: FoodTrigger AI is a pattern-detection tool, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
To use FoodTrigger AI you must:
- ✓Be at least 13 years of age
- ✓Provide accurate account information including a valid email address
- ✓Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account
- ✓Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscription & Billing
FoodTrigger AI offers a free tier and a Pro subscription:
- ✓Free plan: Includes a 30-day full Pro trial. No credit card required to start.
- ✓Pro plan: $9.99 per month, billed monthly. Includes full trigger analysis, unlimited history, PDF exports, and priority support.
- ✓Cancellation: You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You will retain Pro access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
- ✓Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- ✕Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the Service
- ✕Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- ✕Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- ✕Share, resell, or sublicense access to the Service
5. No Medical Advice — Limitation of Liability
FoodTrigger AI provides pattern analysis based on the data you enter. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FoodTrigger AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- ▸Any medical decisions made based on information provided by the Service
- ▸Dietary or lifestyle changes made in reliance on trigger analysis results
- ▸Loss of data, service interruptions, or inaccurate AI analysis
Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or treatment plan.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and AI models in the Service are owned by FoodTrigger AI or its licensors. You retain ownership of the meal and symptom data you enter. You grant us a limited license to process and analyze your data solely to provide the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@foodtriggerai.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you by email if the changes are material. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
