Here's what your doctor may not have fully explained: standard celiac blood tests only detect celiac disease. They don't test for gluten sensitivity.

The celiac panel (anti-tTG IgA, anti-EMA IgA) looks for the specific antibodies generated by celiac's autoimmune response.
